BIS headquarters is in Bondi Junction NSW. Our Client Services team sit next to our Development team.

BIS is a privately-held, self-funded Australian business, founded in July 1991. We have been profitable every year.

All we do is Expense Management, since 1998. Our system iCMS continues to be selected by a wide range of Australian organisations.

When we develop or refine major parts of iCMS, we assemble a working party of interested clients to advise us. That way you get what you want - not what we think you want.

Annual User Forums
The first iCMS Annual User forum was in 1999. These events are a good way to meet your peers, chat to BIS Client Services consultants, and be a part of the evolution of the system.
Client Services
This team works closely with you, all the way from implementation to ongoing support. In the implementation phase they will:
- get your datafeed commissioned
- review configuration options with you
- help you design your wizards
- design how your export will work
- give you access to iCMS in this prototyping stage
- conduct your administrator training sessions - typically two full days
- be available to answer any questions as you get ready to go live
- conduct weekly project management and review meetings

Once you are live, this same team is rostered to provide you unlimited telephone and email support.

When they are not implementing or supporting our clients, this team manages system specification, documentation and testing.

Development
This is the team that wrote the system. They sit within shouting distance of the Client Service team.

One developer is always rostered as backup support in case the Client Services team need that level of help. Otherwise they are busy with new development, refactoring and R&D.
