Now that we are about to complete the project for the upgrade of iCMS at Mitre 10 to Version 3,
I felt it timely to write you and report on how the project has gone.
On initial sighting of the new version we felt quite apprehensive as to it's 'user friendliness' and it's ability
to enable us to continue running the process here at Mitre 10 in the way we have become used to with Version 2.
This concern was quickly eliminated as the system was configured to our needs, and when the Administrator training was done.
The process of tweaking the system on the spot when we had concerns that the new system was not quite as we preferred it to be,
not only showed the incredible flexibility that Version 3 delivers, but also the positive attitude to get it to look and feel how we
wanted it to where appropriate.
Now that the system has been configured to our needs, as best we can see at this stage, we now have, in my opinion,
a system even better than version 2. I say this having got to love Version 2 over the years. Our users should rapidly
develop a similar liking to version 3 as they have to Version 2.
Version 3 is a system that BIS should be proud to deliver to any potential clients.

I would like to thank you for the quick response from BIS to a recent problem with the Mastercard transaction file.
Due to a problem with their data generation system, Mastercard were unable to provide an expected transaction file.
BIS was able to reconfigure iCMS to accept the make-up file provided by Mastercard, which was a non-standard format.
This was done expeditiously so that our cardholders experienced no interruption to their normal coding practices.
