When you need help, be it support or training, you want to make sure your service provider has the right people on the job. Here's
some recent email to our Client Services team.
Hi David
I am sorry I didn't get to catch up with you properly while you were here running the training sessions.
Everyone has commented that the training was most worthwhile and they have all come away with lots of great ideas to streamline some of our internal proccesses!! So thankyou very much :)

Good Morning Ben,
Just a quick email to thank you guys for the effort that was put in on Friday to fix the Wizard issue we had. I understand it took a lot of work to have the problem rectified and as always, the support was fantastic.
We appreciate all the work that was put in by Chris and David and anyone else who assisted.
Cheers,

I would like to personally thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue. The service and advice that you gave to
Sarah was of the highest standard and I cannot express enough my appreciation of the service and assistance you personally gave in
understanding the issue, dealing with our internal staff to ensure that the correct solution was achieved as well as ensuring
that everything was done correctly and verified before you left our organisation on Friday.
Many thanks for all you assistance.

The 11th iCMS Annual User Forum was held in Sydney on 15th May 2009. Despite the current economic climate, organisations from Melbourne,
Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth felt it was worthwhile sending attendees. Some comments:
- "BIS staff, especially David, are always 5 star on Customer Service & great people"
- "All sessions well presented and informative"
- "Well presented, relaxed and informative - all topics presented well and relevant"
- "Well run and very interactive forum"
- "Great information sharing"
- "The best I've attended thus far"
- "Thanks for the informative and productive day"
- "Can we have it in Surfers?" (Sorry Sue!)
All iCMS clients get two free invitations to this all-day event, to have feedback on the direction they want iCMS
to take, as well as meet with their peers in different companies.
All corporate card schemes provide generic expense management systems. So how has BIS thrived since 1997 ? For these simple reasons:
Expense Management software and services are 100% of our business
We understand that software without prompt and knowledgeable support is useless
Systems developed overseas lack Australian context around GST and FBT (and spelling!)
So if you are evaluating a generic system, ring Brad Deveson for a chat as well.
