As “go live” (of the new version) was last Saturday, I thought that I’d just let you know that we have tested the system enhancements that we requested and everything works perfectly. You are very smart.

We really appreciate the time and effort that you put into this project, especially as what we wanted (no export of the file into SAP without documentation receipt) was not an easy ask. You certainly under promised and over delivered AGAIN.

Our grateful thanks go to you and your team  for all your help.  We are so pleased that our internal controls are greatly strengthened. We shall be giving our auditors, XXXX, a demonstration of the system this week. xxxxx has been a client of BIS since implementing iCMS in May 2004, and we currently support over 6000 users in iCMS.

The capability of iCMS offers our organisation multifunction options that continue to greatly assist with the management of Corporate Credit Cards over 30 agencies. With multiple agencies having their own internal structures, iCMS has easily been adapted by all agencies.

The BIS Support team provides a professional and outstanding service no matter how big or small the issue. BIS are extremely efficient in attending to issues via phone or email and work tirelessly to resolve issues in a timely manner. We have had nothing but exceptional service from BIS, not only resolving issues but with constant administrative training, increasing the knowledge of our Administrators to provide a better service to our agencies.

The iCMS product is well designed.  Whist the application has many functional options, iCMS is a user friendly financial management system.

We would highly recommend iCMS to any company especial with shared services as an efficient and reliable Creditor Management System coupled with BIS having an outstanding Support team.

I am the Project Manager at xxxx, and have recently been working with BIS on the migration of iCMS to one of our new infrastructure servers.

BIS has been instrumental with this delivery. Tonight, we successfully launched iCMS onto VM’s, which were once physical. We have also obtained full business sign-off on the change.

Meeting with Ben is one of the perks of this job. It’s always an enlightening experience meeting Ben, we always seem to realise how much we underutilised ICMS’ functionality. It also gives us an opportunity to see what new developments BIS are working on.

We all thought the training was really good, learnt heaps and have come back ready to action it all. Have already rolled over some periods and imported files and added some new people – so far so good. Have used the help desk already too, which I have found to be great and very ‘helpful’!
